PRFest 2018

PRFest has today announced its 2018 dates (14-15 June) and headline sponsor, the Public Relations & Communications Association (PRCA)

PRFest 2018 will take place on 14 and 15 June in Edinburgh ahead of the international festivals and coinciding with two other major creative industry events, AMEC and Cannes Lions.

Laura Sutherland, the festival founder and independent Chartered PR practitioner who runs Aura, said: “PRFest 2018 will see its third year, and every year it grows; from the number of people in attendance, to the awareness across the world.

“I’m delighted PRCA has once again agreed to support the festival – it clearly demonstrates the place PRFest has in the PR calendar.

“The aim of the festival is to bring all areas of PR, marketing and digital together to collaborate, learn and share best practice. There’s a call for pitches out now, (deadline Tuesday, 31 October), so I’m excited to see what that might bring! I’ve already received some great pitches.”

PRFest 2018 headline sponsorFrancis Ingham MPRCA, director general, PRCA, said: “We are delighted to be supporting PRFest once again. The festival is a great platform for practitioners to be part of the industry conversation and it acts as a key event to help practitioner’s professional development.”

Early bird allocation tickets and key speakers will be announced in December.
