New speaker revealed for PRFest

With just two weeks to go of the early bird tickets, a new speaker has been announced.

Ella Minty, Director, Stakeholder & Reputation Management at Europa Energy, will talk about internationalising your public relations business. The session will cover two parallel streams – what you can do and advise your employer as an in-house PR, and what you can do if you are the owner of a PR agency/consultancy to explore your geographical offering.

About Ella:

Ella is a Founding Chartered Public Relations practitioner, with almost 20 years of experience in international corporate reputation, leadership and crisis management, specialising in multi-government funded projects, investment markets, lender organisations. Mentor for the Institute of Directors and UK Government Communications Service, past Chair of CIPR’s Foresight Panel, CIPR Council and Board member. Co-chair of the Energy Leadership Platform as recently announced by CIPR.

2014 Service Award Winner of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, university lecturer and published author, member of McKinsey’s Executive Panel and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Ella has worked in over 20 countries, from Central Asia to West Africa and from Latin America to GCC, having devised the first Leadership Development Initiative for young engineers in Egypt, post “Arab Spring”.

With a variety of qualifications and degrees under her belt, ranging from PR and Communication Sciences to business management and Change Leadership, Ella is also an alumna of Cornell University and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.

Currently, Ella is the Reputation Management Director of a London-based management consultancy and her client list includes, but not limited to, the European Commission, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey, BP, The Renaissance Foundation, KazTransOil, Total, EBRD, Centrica, Averda. She has also contributed to the setting up of centralised Government Communications units in Middle East.
